Your task as a data manager
As a data manager, you will determine the personal data we process and store on your behalf. If you use Sinopay solution, we may process personal data for you based on the product and solution you use and the information you choose to send to Sinopay account or service. As a manager, you will provide privacy statements to individuals involved in brand activities, detailing how you collect and use information, and seeking consent if necessary. If these individuals want to know what data you are maintaining about them or decide to terminate the relationship with you, you need to respond to these requests.
Our task as data processors

When we provide software and services to the enterprise, we act as data processors, processing and storing personal data as part of the services provided to you as required. As data processors, we will process personal data only in accordance with your company's license and instructions - for example, in accordance with the provisions of the agreement between us. If your data is in a pay in solution and we need us to assist in processing various individual customer requests, we will work with you to help you respond through processes, products, services, and tools.

How to prepare for GDPR

Such a chance must not be missed. Here are five steps to prepare you for GDPR.

  1. Reduce unnecessary data collection

Take stock of your digital assets, including mobile apps and websites, to assess which cookies, tags or other data are required and remove what is not.

  2. Plan customer journey

Tell your privacy story with meaningful privacy notifications, policies, and data collection point options.

  3. Development agreement management strategy

To avoid unnecessary accidents and establish stronger relationships by obtaining consent, to provide a positive customer experience.

  4. Delete unique identifier

Determine how to use another unique identifier to anonymize or pseudonym certain personal data to minimize compliance obligations and reduce the risk of data and privacy disclosure and claims.

  5. Satisfy requests to access and delete data

Identify or leverage existing processes to help respond to requests to access or delete personal data.
